Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form handling service. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and delivered to us via email. Web3Forms does not store your submissions beyond delivery — see their privacy policy for details.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

We do not use analytics services, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies. The Site is statically generated and served via CDN. Standard server logs maintained by our hosting provider may record your IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and uptime monitoring purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and quote requests
  • Discuss and deliver web development services (landing pages, websites)
  • Send project updates and invoices related to an active service agreement

We do not send unsolicited marketing emails, sell your data, or share it with advertisers. We will never add you to a mailing list without your explicit opt-in consent.

The Site uses a single local-storage key to remember your color-scheme preference (dark/light mode). No advertising cookies, session cookies, or cross-site tracking mechanisms are used. We do not participate in any ad networks or retargeting programs.

  • Web3Forms — processes contact form submissions (data in transit only, not stored)
  • Contentful — headless CMS that delivers our marketing guide content at build time (no client-side requests)
  • Google Fonts — web fonts loaded from Google's CDN, subject to Google's Privacy Policy

We do not embed social media widgets, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics scripts.

5. Data Retention

Contact form submissions delivered to our email are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry or fulfill a service agreement. If you become a client, project-related communications are retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 12 months. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Data Security

The Site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Form submissions are encrypted in transit. We do not store sensitive personal information (such as payment details or passwords) on our servers. Payment for services is handled through separate, secure invoicing platforms.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
